Sheer Elegance is a new and vibrant catering company based in Newcastle upon Tyne. Chris Allison, our Executive Head Chef, has over 25 years experience in the hospitality industry. Starting training at the Newcastle Marriott Gosforth Park and Heathcoates in Leeds, Chris went on to several high quality establishments in Manchester, Scotland and London before returning to the North East, where he was awarded two Rosettes while Head Chef at Treacle Moon.
