Chris Allison, our Executive Head Chef, has over 15 years experience in the hospitality
industry. Starting training at the
Gosforth Park Hotel, Newcastle and Heathcoates in Leeds. Chris went on to several high quality establishments in Manchester, Scotland and London.
In the North East Chris has been Head Chef at many prestigous venues including: 'Charleys Bistro', 'The Ivy House', 'Treacle Moon' as well as at the Baltic, Newcastle. |
