Chris Allison, our Executive Head Chef, has over 15 years experience in the hospitality
industry. Starting training at the
Newcastle Marriott Gosforth Park and Heathcoates in Leeds. Chris went on to several high quality establishments in Manchester, Scotland and London.
In the North East Chris has been Head Chef at many prestigous venues including: 'The Fishermans Lodge', 'Charley's Bistro', 'The Ivy House', 'Treacle Moon', 'Six@Baltic' & 'Fresh Element' and is now executive head chef of Ellingham Hall and Lemington Hall. Where he has cooked for the Duke of Northumberland and Lord James Percy of Northumberland. |
